tulle, with a 1-1/2" light pink satin waistband, complete with two perfect

light blue grosgrain waistband, with a large purple wild rose in the center.

deliciously scrumptious tutu is made of layers and layers of soft
shimmer pink tulle. It has an apple green and pink dot grosgrain ribbon
bow and matching pink and green petals floating in the skirt.
This tutu is made of 4 layers of soft shimmer tulle. It is adorned with bunches of beautiful flowers. It has a floral waistband, ribbon streamers with flowers attached and a large ribbon bow in the back.
