About the Product
Made of high quality four way stretched velvet and three layers of pure illusion tulle--the finest and softest tulle. The skirts top layer and sleeves are edged with a layer of satin ribbon for a more dramatic effect. It is accented with three different shades of roses on the front chest and a flowing satin ribbon. The skirts' satin ribbon edges are accented with tiny roses all over, from front to back.
